Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness contests when she was 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. When she was 17, she received her Pro Card one year later. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after the initial event for a number of years and set higher goals every year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of the year. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her degree from college. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro occurred at the Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The team finished third in the competition. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. This is not a surprise since she placed so well, considering the competition. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel's top body part to train includes her lower back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving onto exercises. Ariel makes the best use of her time. Converting all the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she is doing.
