Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding was born Elena Jane Goulding in Hereford on the 30th of December 1986. Ellie Goulding dominated the UK charts in 2010 with her catchy electronic pop tunes "Starry Eyed" and Guns and Horses. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding makes a mark as a contemporary artist with her singing voice that is soprano and the ability of making songs that are catchy and emotional. Her style is similar with Kate Bush, Imogen Heap and other musicians with similar styles. Polydor Records offered her a contract as an important label. She started to plan for her release.
